Feedback loop processor is a addon that responds to your recipient activities. When some recipient finds your email not so interesting, and instead of unsubscribing, hits the SPAM report button, the recipients ISP will send you a feed­back report saying that ‘this user considers your mails as spam’. You should unsubscribe this user promptly. If you continue to send to this user, your mail reputation will continue to decline. To handle this, we have developed the feedback loop processor addon that processes feedback loop email reports and unsubscribes the recipient. To use the addon you will need to sign up to the ISPs feed­back loop programs.
